Web graffiti

a.k.a. cybergraffiti

A technology that allows users to paste their own nasty little comments on top of a Web site (it's like sticking a virtual sticky note on top of a Web page). Whenever someone visits the site, unbeknownst to the publisher, there appears to be graffiti scribbled all over it.
