To take an unauthorized picture up the skirt of a woman. It is considered a predatory practice because of the technological ease in which one can use a cam on a smart phone.

Historical perspective: In March 2014, one day after the Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled that it was not illegal to secretly photograph beneath someone's clothing, the state legislature passed a bill that would ban upskirting in public places.
