a.k.a. a twinternSlang for an internship with a company where your primary job is to make posts on Twitter. For instance, when a big box store wants to reach the public in a direct, immediate way they turn to social networking and specifically microblogging.
Historical perspective - In 2009, Pizza Hut offered their first "twinternship" to a 22-year-old girl who handles all of the Pizza Hut Twitter postings.
