a.k.a. turnkey solution -or- turnkey system A complete system designed for a specific application, it is a product that is pre-assembled and delivered to the buyer, ready to operate. A turnkey computer system means it contains all of the necessary hardware, software, peripherals, and files necessary to run. For example, DRM products are turnkey packages that include everything needed for operation, including server software and plugins.
