PGP
Pretty Good PrivacyA commonly used encryption system developed by Philip Zimmermann. It allows users to send e-mail messages to anyone in the world in complete privacy. With PGP, you can send authentication with your messages so that the recipient can verify that the message really came from you. You can also encrypt sensitive files on your computer so that they remain private even if your computer and disks are stolen.
