LViewPro
An early shareware graphics viewer and editor program for Windows. It is often used by Web browsers as a helper application. LViewPro can read JPG, TIF, GIF, BMP, PBM, PCX, PGM, PPM, and Targa files. One of the reasons why it's so popular is because it can create transparent GIFs.
