Karen is a derogatory term for a white woman who comes across as entitled or demanding beyond what is normal.

The term is often seen in meme depicting white women who use their privilege to insist their own way. Examples include demanding to "speak to the manager", being racist, or sporting a particular bob cut hairstyle.
