hamburger navigation

a.k.a. hamburger nav, hamburger menu, hamburger button, collapse menu button

A website's navigation menu usually found in the top corner of the screen (or GUI), it has come to replace navigation bars and links, especially on responsive design web pages.

It's called a "hamburger nav" because the three horizontal bars in the icon resemble a hamburger.
