cock block

Slang for the act of preventing a man from getting somewhere, as in going on a date or having sexual relations with someone he's interested in. A "cock block" can be anything in his way including a guy taking up his time or a baby he has to take care of or a dog he has to walk.

This term has morphed to also mean cutting someone off in traffic.
