Twitter updated its design settings to allow for a centered Twitter background, you'd think the world had changed.

An acronym or abbreviation used in a lot in the twitterverse. Also seen on texting, online chat, instant messaging, e-mail, blogs, newsgroup postings, and social media, it's a form of online jargon and text message shorthand.
